Patent Drafting Specialist (Experienced / Fresher)
We are currently inviting applications for the position of Patent Drafting Specialist.
Educational Qualification
B.Sc.
B.Tech
Engineering or science background preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Patent drafting and patent specification writing
- Conducting patentability searches and prior-art analysis
- Technical analysis of inventions and technologies
- Assisting in patent filing and patent prosecution
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
- Good understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Excellent command of English language
Preference: Candidates with exposure to IP law, patent prosecution, or litigation support will be preferred.
