Patent Drafting Specialist (Experienced / Fresher)

We are currently inviting applications for the position of Patent Drafting Specialist.

Educational Qualification

  1. B.Sc.
  2. B.Tech
  3. Engineering or science background preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Patent drafting and patent specification writing
  • Conducting patentability searches and prior-art analysis
  • Technical analysis of inventions and technologies
  • Assisting in patent filing and patent prosecution
  • Supporting inventors and research teams

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills
  • Good understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
  • Creative problem-solving ability
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preference: Candidates with exposure to IP law, patent prosecution, or litigation support will be preferred.
